FC - Novice Groups
Junior Olympic (JO) Springboard Diving Requirements
- Enrollment in the JO program is by head coach invitation only.
- Must complete all dives within their FC - Novice grouping
- Must have JO list on 1 Meter and 3 Meter for their respective age group
- Must maintain grades at school
- Athletes must maintain at least 80% practice attendance.
- Athletes are required to compete on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards at JO meets.
- Athletes will participate in the AAU diving circuit, including the AAU Red, White, & Blue Qualifier Meet, and work toward achieving the JO qualifying score standard for AAU Summer Nationals.
