Nutrition for Swimmers!

As we ask our athletes to push themselves in the water and at dryland, we must also prioritize what they’re putting into their bodies. Proper nutrition, consistent hydration, and thoughtful meal preparation are essential for performance, recovery, and healthy growth.


What they eat and drink outside the pool is just as important as the work they put in inside the pool!
